Preparing your website

  • Bluehost: When you’re ready to start your website, I highly recommend Bluehost when starting out. It’s the go to hosting for wordpress users. It takes a few minutes to set up and works perfectly with WordPress.org, where you will have a lot of control on your website.
  • WordPress.org: There is a notable difference between wordpress.org and wordpress.com. With wordpress.org you have more control of your website. The way it looks, and with analytics. It’s free to use. Then you can choose to start with a free theme as a template, or purchase one from mojo or themeforest.
  • Envato Market: Affordable themes for your website (no need to hire a designer), audio, video clips, and more.
  • PopupAlly Pro: A great way to capture the traffic coming to your website, in a polite and professional way, is to capture emails with this plugin for wordpress.
  • Wishlist Member: If you want to create a membership in your site or on a separate site, this plugin will protect your content and drip content. We use this plugin for Love Savvy Club membership.
